五大道企业家基金会官方名称公告

为进一步明确本组织的法律名称使用规范，现公告如下：

Fifth Avenue Entrepreneurs Foundation Inc.（五大道企业家基金会，以下简称“基金会”或“FAEF”）为本组织于2025年9月22日依据《美国国内税收法典》第501(c)(3)条正式注册批准的法律实体名称。

为满足合规要求，本组织所有法律文件、合同文件、银行及政府报备文件，以及对内对外的正式沟通，均须使用该完整法律名称。

Fifth Avenue Entrepreneurs Club（五大道企业家俱乐部，以下简称“俱乐部”）为基金会的品牌名称，仅限于非正式场合使用，不具有独立法人资格，不得用于任何具有法律效力的文件或对外法律行为。

据此，本组织的所有现有平台包括网站，将会据此更新。

Legal Name Usage Official Notice

To clarify and standardize the usage of the organization’s legal name, the following notice is hereby issued:

Fifth Avenue Entrepreneurs Foundation Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation” or “FAEF”) is the duly registered legal entity name of the organization, officially approved under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code on September 22, 2025.

For compliance purposes, the full legal name shall be used in all legal documents, contracts, banking and governmental filings, and all formal internal and external communications.

Fifth Avenue Entrepreneurs Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Club”) serves solely as the Foundation’s brand or trade name and may be used only in non-formal contexts. It does not constitute a separate legal entity and shall not be used in any legally binding documents or actions.

Accordingly, all existing organizational platforms, including its website, will be updated to reflect this change.

This notice is hereby issued.
